We believe the voice, the rights and the best interests of the child are paramount with all children being valued and listened to. We believe children are successful, competent and capable learners and learn best in an environment that feels safe, warm, nurturing and inviting. We believe children learn best with a positive, fun and nurturing introduction to learning and believe children respond well to positive caring support and guidance. We believe early childhood is a fundamentally important and the first five years of a child’s life lays a foundation for a life long love of learning. We believe in having a fun and joyful environment for children to play and develop, and have the opportunity to engage in uninterrupted outdoor play. We believe children should have the opportunity to express themselves through creative arts such as music, art, and dance/movement. We believe kindness is an important part of developing empathy towards others, and therefore creates an inclusive and caring environment for all children.
